The product is as described. I am very pleased with the product so far. But i do have a complaint about the delivery company on my end. I received a robot message with the details of where to pick up the package. I couldn't hear it at all. It took me days and many hours wasted on the phone to finally figure out where the package was. It was delivered to the other side of town - i had to travel 45 minutes each way to retrieve it. The frustrating part was not being able to reach anyone for help -- not by email or phone. I almost had the package sent back.
